Founded in Ohio as a small mechanical and general contractor, we soon earned the trust of the CDC as a trusted facility management company. Our one-building contract grew to multiple campuses across the United States. Through our abilities, dedication, and attitude, FSE expanded our support to the USDA, FDA, NOAA, NIOSH, and other critical buildings. Our services naturally expanded to help more buildings achieve their full potential, from commissioning construction projects to identifying energy savings. As a leading facility management company, FSE continues to evolve our capabilities to best support our customers.
