Actions Speak Louder Than Words
Earl "Trey" Freeman started with Four Seasons in 2012 as a janitor/laborer at the USDA's Russell Research Center in Athens, GA, but since then has quickly worked his way up to a maintenance associate employee at FSE's newest jobsite serving the University of Georgia's BSL3 lab. According to Ron Wyrtzen, Project Manager with FSE, "Trey not only is very eager to learn new skills, but has excelled at every position he has held with FSE. Furthermore, even though the University of Georgia is a new client, they've already been impressed with Trey's performance."
Jeffrey Martin of the Animal Health Research Center's Facility Operations Director at the university writes:
I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with Earl. His willingness to do anything asked of him with a great attitude, taking initiative at appropriate times, and providing valuable input when solving problems is a great asset to this team. He is also very personable and a pleasure to work with. He is a great representative for FSE and I thank you for providing us with such high quality personnel.
Ron notes that while Trey doesn't talk a lot, "he proves himself with his performance. He's not a big talker, but he's a big doer." So thank you, Trey, for doing such an excellent job and keeping our customer satisfied!
