Kevin Bonapfel Embodies Vision

In December, Kevin Bonapfel, Operations and Maintenance Foreman at the Centers for Disease Control NIOSH-Taft facility in Ohio, received a testament to his stellar customer service and how Kevin Bonapfelhe embodies living by FSE's mission statement and policy objectives. In an email, an FSE customer wrote:

"I want to send you a quick note thanking you for Kevin Bonapfel's thorough, conscientious, professional services. Kevin took the lead on this projector purchase for the Taft Auditorium.

As a result, it appears we may have been requesting the incorrect projector for our needs. Kevin not only spent time talking with an Engineer, sending digital pictures of the room set up, measurements, accurate and correct cabling and the existing mounting hardware. He also spent time looking for more affordable pricing.

I have a deep gratitude for Kevin and going the extra mile to ensure NIOSH receives the correct equipment. I did not have time to spend on this hardware purchase, nor the experience to speak with an Engineer about the technical aspects of purchasing a digital projector. Kevin's technical assistance, professional mannerism and customer service attitude is one for others (including myself) to model after."
