September is the America on the Move Month of Action and at FSE we encourage everyone to participate! In today's hectic world, we know it can be difficult to plan meals in advance, find and make healthier recipes, and spend hours working out every week. However, this September, challenge yourself to make small changes that will add up in the long run. Set small, attainable goals for yourself, such as adding more fruits and vegetables to your diet, walking 2,000 extra steps each day, and/or eating 100 fewer calories every day.
