Our licenses and certifications benefit our clients by allowing FSE to self-perform nearly all of its operation, maintenance and repair work, as opposed to outsourcing this work. These licenses and certifications significantly benefit the client with increased on-site quality, decreased cost, and tighter schedule control.

  • EPA CFC Universal Refrigeration Handling License:
    • More than 60 FSE employees hold this license.
  • DOE Qualified Energy Service Company
    • FSE is one of only 86 companies that is national certified by the U.S. Department of Energy to perform Energy Savings Performance Contracts.
  • LEED Certification
    • Six FSE employees have attained LEED AP Certification.
  • Commissioning
    • Six FSE employees are Certified Commissioning Professionals.
  • DDC Controls
    • Three FSE employees are DDC Controls Engineers.
  • Thermal Imaging
    • One FSE employee is a Level III Thermographer.
