A natural outgrowth of our combined experience and common vision,
FSE provides consulting services to improve the function and
reduce the expense to many Ohio school districts and O&M and
Construction clients.
Beginning in 2000, FSE was privileged to partner with the Ohio
Schools Facility Commission (OSFC) to provide the following services
for Ohio's schools:
Facility Commissioning
FSE is one of only seven Ohio companies prequalified by OSFC to
commission new school facilities and retro-commission older school
buildings in Ohio. To date, FSE has been privileged to commission
ten major facilities before the year 2004 and as well as school buildings
in twenty Ohio and Indiana school districts.
Maintenance Plan Advisor
Following on the heels of its Facility Assessment Services that
began 2000, FSE serves as a Maintenance Plan Advisor to more than 80
of Ohio's 610 school districts.
FSE is one of only seven Ohio companies to be pre-approved to write
facility maintenance plans for Ohio's schools based on FSE's
computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Maintenance
Track™.
 Energy
Savings Service
After having provided Energy Savings Performance Contracting
Services for our O&M clients since 1987, we now offer these services
to our Ohio school clients.
