Who We Are

• Since 1985 we have been operating, maintaining and repairing facilities for the United States government as well as the private sector. Most of our revenues flow from O&M business with a smaller portion coming from self-performed specialized construction projects for our O&M clients. Our most significant growth in recent years has come in the form of consulting services.
   
• Under the Small Business Administration's (SBA) current size standard of $32.5 million per year for the 561210 NAICS Base Maintenance classification, we are a veteran-owned small business.
   
• Over the last two decades, we have grown to have:
  • Operations in six (6) states
  • 22 project sites, and
  • 300+ employees

for its facility operation, maintenance and repair clients.

Consulting

• Our most recent endeavor began in 2000 by providing facility maintenance consulting services for Ohio's schools. Today we provide:
  • facility maintenance planning services,
  • commissioning services, and
  • energy management services

for Ohio's schools, universities and other clients that may benefit from these value-added services that have been a work in progress for the past 20 years.
