Facility Operation, Maintenance, Repair and Construction
Since 1987 Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. has been operating, maintainingand repairing facilities for the United States government and the private sector.
Beginning its facility operation, maintenance and repair services with the Centers for Disease Control's Virology Laboratory in southwest, Ohio, Four Seasons has grown to provide operations and maintenance services in six states, including Ohio, Kentucky, Georgia, Florida, Maryland and South Carolina. Today the CDC remains Four Seasons' oldest client. We are proud to operate six CDC facilities in Ohio and Georgia.
We staff all of the facilities with full time, on-site, Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. employees. Of the 365 Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. employs, 80 percent of the staff members operate, maintain and repair facilities, including three contract systems.

O&M Experience
Beginning
in 1987, FSE now provides all mechanical, electrical and civil support to operate, maintain and repair all 2.15 –million-square-feet of CDC's Laboratory and Laboratory support facilities with our 134-person onsite workforce. From a full-time onsite staff of twelve
people in 1987, we grew to fifty-three people in 2004 and now require one hundred thirty-four onsite staff persons to meet CDC's unprecedented growth.
Since 1999, FSE has enjoyed the privilege of providing continuous operation,
maintenance, repair, and support services for
the USDA R&D Laboratory in Athens, GA.This includes serving the Richard Russell Research Laboratory and Pilot Plant (400,000 square feet), Central Utility Plant (30,000 square feet), South East Poultry Campus (100,000 square feet), as well as twenty smaller buildings.
Since 1994 FSE has been
privileged to provide ongoing operation,
maintenance, repair, and construction
services for the Research and Development
Laboratories at Wright-Patterson AFB. Since 2000, we have continued to provide mechanical,
electrical and civil support with our own forces, ranging from a four- to twelve-person staff,
depending on the needs.
