Facility Operation, Maintenance, Repair and Construction

Since 1987 Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. has been operating, maintaining
and repairing facilities for the United States government and the private sector.

Beginning its facility operation, maintenance and repair services with the Centers for Disease Control's Virology Laboratory in southwest, Ohio, Four Seasons has grown to provide operations and maintenance services in six states, including Ohio, Kentucky, Georgia, Florida, Maryland and South Carolina. Today the CDC remains Four Seasons' oldest client. We are proud to operate six CDC facilities in Ohio and Georgia.

We staff all of the facilities with full time, on-site, Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. employees. Of the 365 Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. employs, 80 percent of the staff members operate, maintain and repair facilities, including three contract systems.

The following are the facilities for which Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. provides operation, maintenance and repair services:

Ohio

     Columbus Operate, maintain and repair DFAS: a 700,000-square-foot, seven-story building, since 1999. FSE staff has maintained a continuous presence at this Defense Supply Center in Columbus site since 1994.
     Columbus Operate, maintain and repair various facilities at WPAFB since 1994.
     Kettering Operate, maintain and repair the 400,000-square-foot General Electric Consumer Finance site since 1999.
     Cincinnati Operate, maintain and repair the 400,000-square-foot National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Laboratory since 1994.

Kentucky

     Covington Operate, maintain and repair the 400,000-square-foot IRS Service Center since 2005.

Florida

     Ft. Pierce Operate, maintain and repair the 124,000-square-foot USDA Citrus Laboratory since 1999.

Georgia

     Athens Operate, maintain and repair the 600,000-square-foot USDA Laboratories since 1999.
     Atlanta Operate, maintain and repair the 2,000,000-square-foot Center of Disease Center Laboratory Facilities at the CDC's main campus since 1987.
    Chamblee  Operate, maintain and repair the 1,000,000-square-feet CDC Laboratory Facilities at CDC's Chamblee Campus since 1999.
     Chamblee Operate, maintain and repair the 400,000-square-foot IRS Service Center from 1989 until 1991 and since 1994 continuously.

Maryland

     Ft. Meade Operate, maintain and repair the 175,000-square-foot Environmental Protection Agency Environmental Science Laboratory since 2000.
     Suitland Operate, maintain and repair the 150,000-square-foot National Oceanic and Aeronautic Administration site since 2005.

South Carolina

     Charleston Operate, maintain and repair seven SPAWAR Laboratory buildings since 2004.

O&M Experience

The following are brief biographies of some of the facilities for which FSE provides operation, maintenance and repair services:

Centers for Disease Control
Centers for Disease Control Building #17 in AtlantaBeginning in 1987, FSE now provides all mechanical, electrical and civil support to operate, maintain and repair all 2.15 –million-square-feet of CDC's Laboratory and Laboratory support facilities with our 134-person onsite workforce. From a full-time onsite staff of twelve people in 1987, we grew to fifty-three people in 2004 and now require one hundred thirty-four onsite staff persons to meet CDC's unprecedented growth.

USDA Research Laboratories
USDA Research Laboratories Since 1999, FSE has enjoyed the privilege of providing continuous operation, maintenance, repair, and support services for the USDA R&D Laboratory in Athens, GA.
This includes serving the Richard Russell Research Laboratory and Pilot Plant (400,000 square feet), Central Utility Plant (30,000 square feet), South East Poultry Campus (100,000 square feet), as well as twenty smaller buildings.

Wright-Patterson AFB Laboratories
Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Since 1994 FSE has been privileged to provide ongoing operation, maintenance, repair, and construction services for the Research and Development Laboratories at Wright-Patterson AFB. Since 2000, we have continued to provide mechanical, electrical and civil support with our own forces, ranging from a four- to twelve-person staff, depending on the needs.
