Commissioning:
The Ohio State University Mechanical
Engineering (Scott Labs)
Four Seasons Environmental served as the commissioning agent for this 244,000 square
feet, $72 Million facility constructed in 2006. FSE documented 515 findings during
the commissioning process and was praised for the quality of work performed.
Maintenance Planning:
Hardin Northern Local School District
Hardin Northern Local School District chose Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. to provide
its Maintenance Planning services for its new school facility, which
houses all of the District's students under one roof. The new K-12 facility spans more than 90,000 square feet and
opened in August 2010.
Energy Savings Services:
HEI Hotels & Resorts
HEI
Hotels & Resorts is aiming to reduce its
energy usage and operating costs through the
retro-commissioning of 13 of its facilities
across the United States. The buildings have
approximately 250-300 rooms each.Clients

The savings for our district was well over any expectations we had going into the project. In the first 8 months of FY'08 we've saved over $70,000 on our natural gas bill.
